Sibesh Desar graduated from Purwanchal University in Business Administration. He holds more than 5 years of experience in the Monitoring and evaluation sector and has handled many multi year projects of different donors like, USAID, WaterAid Nepal, Simavi and Oxfam. WASH, DRR and solid waste management are his key areas of specialization and holds ToT on school WASH. Within the BEEN project, he is working as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning officer.
