BEEN has carried out performance monitoring of two residential buildings in Jiri-one energy-efficient and the other built using conventional construction practices. The study aims to quantify the effectiveness of passive design strategies, contributing to the development of guidelines, standards, and policies for energy-efficient construction practices.
