Under the BEEN Project, capacity building advanced as technical staff and design MSMEs from Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City and Lamahi Municipality came together in Tulsipur for a specialized training on energy-efficient building design. Over three engaging days, participants delved into actionable tools and strategies to integrate Energy Efficiency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into their local building practices. With the enthusiastic participation of both municipalities—who have formally approved the Energy Efficiency SOPs—this initiative is helping mainstream energy efficiency in local governance and design sectors, paving the way for greener, healthier communities.
